An Allied Health Scholarship by The Burton Foundation
PROGRAM
- The Hands That Heal scholarship honors individuals pursuing hands-on healthcare professions through certification or technical training. This award recognizes the essential role of caregivers who bring compassion, skill, and dedication to the bedside.
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

Two recipients will each receive a $500 scholarship to support their journey in healthcare service.
Eligibility
-
Open to students enrolled in allied health certification programs such as:
-
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
-
Home Health Aide
-
Respiratory Therapy (RT)
-
EKG Technician
-
Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, or other similar healthcare programs
HOW TO APPLY

Submit a short essay (max 500 words) answering:

“How will you use your interpersonal skills to make patients feel safe, seen, and at home in your care?”
THE CLARA & ALAN LANE LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP
Empowering the next generation through education and mentorship in memory of Clara Lane and in tribute to Alan Lane.
